Our Process
We begin with a 30 to 60-minute video consultation to hear your story, understand your challenges, and define your goals. This conversation helps us tailor a detailed proposal that aligns with your vision and project scope.

Consultation
We work with you to declutter, ensuring we organize only what you use and love. This helps us understand your household's needs and identify existing organizing products. We come prepared with supplies, a plan, and handle trash and donations afterward.
Declutter
This is where your home is thoughtfully reimagined. From layout design to product curation and sustainable systems, every detail is carefully considered to support how you and your family live, move, and thrive.
Organize + Systems
Maintain
Life changes—and so should your systems. We offer ongoing maintenance sessions to revisit and refine your organized spaces, adapting them to your evolving lifestyle and keeping your home functioning forward.

FAQs
-
Nope! It’s always best for us to see the space in its normal day to day state. This enables us to assess the best systems and products to help our clients achieve their goals. This is a judgement free zone!
-
It is never our place to force anyone to get rid of their personal items. This is also part of why the decluttering process is a collaboration with our clients, and not something we do without them. During this part of the process, we go through everything together with you and help you make the best decision on what to do with the items in each space. While we won’t make you get rid of anything, we will often ask the tough questions to keep us on track with what your goals are for the space and whether keeping certain items will help get us there, or hinder the process. At the end of the day, the final decision is always up to you.
-
The cost of product can vary widely from project to project. Overall product cost will be dependent on client budget and aesthetic goals. During the decluttering process, we will collect any preexisting organizing products that our clients already have to see what can be reutilized elsewhere based on functionality and the client’s preferences.

We do not provide traditional house keeping/deep cleaning services. We will always clean up after ourselves, and remove trash we produce, and will do very basic tidying of the areas we are working in. However, an organized space will absolutely maximize the investment of other services, such as housekeeping!
-
After each session, we will remove any donations that are not too heavy for us to lift and will fit in our vehicle. We will also remove any trash produced from our services (product packaging, etc). For large quantities of donations or trash, we are happy to help our clients arrange pickup with outside vendors. All costs for bulk trash and donation removal will be at the client’s expense.
-
For larger projects that require installations (i.e. closet systems, garage shelving, etc), we have local vendors that we subcontract with, or we are also happy to work with a client’s preferred vendor for those services.

Ok, this may not be a questions per se - but a statement we hear a lot! First and foremost, we take this sentiment very seriously, and both validate and appreciate the big step it can be to ask for help and invite someone into your personal space. It’s not a small thing, and we recognize that! We emphasize a judgment free and confidential partnership. We are there to help you solve a problem that you are simply struggling to solve on your own. No shame…no judgment! Secondly, there isn’t much we haven’t seen before. We don’t see “messes”, we see spaces that are simply in need of systems and containment.
